<p style="text-align: left; color: #666666; line-height: 19px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;text-align: justify;"><strong>The Forum of Former Vice Chancellors of Karnataka State Universities,</strong> popularly known as FVCK, is established on 18th July 2008, as a registered society. FVCK, founded by a group of visionary former Vice Chancellors, is the first entity of its kind in the country</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left; color: #666666; line-height: 19px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">    The main objective of FVCK is to serve the cause of higher education in Karnataka state, particularly to improve access for the aspiring youth to pursue higher education, ensure equity and relevance and suggest ways and means to improve the quality of education and service of the educational institutions to achieve better performance in teaching, research, extension and outreach programs, on par with global standards, by functioning as a THINK TANK. The forum works towards sensitizing people with regard to the importance to education in the all-round development of the Nation. FVCK aims at human resource development - empowering the youth with the right knowledge and skills, to transform them as responsible citizens. The forum emphasizes nurturing the youth as self-motivated professionals contributing to the growth of economy, inculcation of social values and culture, as also maintaining inclusiveness and equity.</p>
