<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Submitting this <b>Online Examination Application Form</b> is mandatory for students intending to appear in the end semester examinations beginning in June 2018</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>The last date for submission of this online form as would be specified by the University must have to be strictly adhered to.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Examination applications not submitted online shall not be processed.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Submission of this online Application requires the student to only enter his/her Roll Number in the designated place and a few clicks on the buttons and as such would need a minute or so to complete the entire task.</li>

<font face="Tahoma" style = "font-size:16px"><b>Please read carefully the instructions below before you start filling in the online form</b></font>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Log in with your Roll Number</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>The form under the heading <b>‘Semester Details’</b> shall appear on screen.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Click <b>‘Submit’</b> button to submit the online form</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Select the relevant semester you intend to appear by clicking on the relevant semester.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>List of Papers (Regular and/or Improvement) in which the applicant needs to appear shall be displayed on screen.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Click on the relevant onscreen <b>Check Box</b> to select Improvement papers (if applicable). The <b>Total Improvement Fee</b> payable would be on display now.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>In the section “Papers Appearing” if the number of entries is more than the number of papers you are supposed to actually appear in, use the drop down menu to select the extra papers as <b>‘DUMMY’</b> entries.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Once all relevant papers are selected, chose payment type as ‘BY CHALLAN’</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Once online submission is successful, a unique application ID number would be generated.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Please retain this number carefully as it would be your reference ID for all subsequent communication with the university in respect of this application.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Take a Printout of the auto generated Examination Application Form along and the Challan Form.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'>Deposit the Total Fees as computed in the Challan at the nearest branch of HDFC Bank. As proof of payment, please obtain the authorized seal and signature of the bank on the University and Student copies of the Challan.</li>
<li style='padding:2px 2px;'><b>Please submit the Print copy of the Examination Application Form along with University Copy of Challan Form, as proof of payment, to the concerned College/Department for further processing.</b></li>
