  • Candidates can apply for Convocation Certificate through this online portal.
  • Click on "Apply for Convocation Certificate" and fill the personnel details and academic details. Candidate needs to upload scanned copies of passport size photo.
  • Valid Mobile no. and E-mail id is must. Candidate will get one time password (OTP) during registration to both Mobile and Email. Candidate must enter the OTP before proceeding to "Make Payment".
  • Candidates can make the payment immediately or later after filling the online application. Click on "Make Payment" option to make the payment.
  • student need to select the mode of payment.
  • In case of Post Office Payment, Application along with challan will be printed. Keep the application and submit the challan at nearest post office and get the receipt for making the payment.
  • In case of Credit / Debit / Net Banking, Student needs to create an email id by clicking on "Create Account".
  • Enter a valid email id and mobile number. Select " I agree to PayUMoney Terms & Conditions " and Click on "Quick Sign up".
  • After Successful payment, Acknowledgement will be generated. Keep the Acknowledgement form printed for future reference.
