All newly admitted First Semester students of Affiliated Colleges must apply Online for University registration.

Timeline as notified must strictly be adhered to for online submission.

All necessary supporting documents, as indicated herein below, must be submitted along with the registration form.

In the section ‘Papers Appearing’, if there are more entries than the actual number of papers assigned, select the extra entries as ‘DUMMY’ from the drop down list.

The passport size photo uploaded must be in colour, of size less than 01 MB and in .JPEG format only. Any other formats such as .PDF/.PNG shall not be allowed.

Applicants are advised to check the filled in details carefully before clicking the submit button.

If applicant is continuing student of Sikkim University (who has passed the latest qualifying examination from an affiliated college or constituent department of Sikkim University), she/he must enter, in the online form, Sikkim University Registration number allotted to her/him in the last programme.

After submitting the online form, the Applicant must–
 1. Print all three auto generated Registration Forms (one copy each for University, College/Department and self).
 2. Submit the Application Forms to the concerned College/Department for further processing
 3. Documents required to be submitted (mandatory) with the Registration Forms -
   I. Self attested copy of Qualifying Exam Final year/semester Mark Sheet
   II. Self attested copy of Class X Mark Sheet/Pass Certificate/Admit Card for Age Proof
   III. Self attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
   IV. Migration Certificate in Original (if the applicant is joining after passing from another University other than Sikkim University)
